Mr. Chen

Mr. Chen holds a Master of Engineering and M.S. from Canada, and an MBA in Finance from the U.S. A multiple-time recipient of the “Outstanding Teaching Award,” he has years of experience as a math instructor and tutor. Known for simplifying complex math concepts with clear language and visuals, his approach helps students grasp abstract ideas more effectively.

Mr. Hua has been engaged in the field of physics for many years, from undergraduate to doctoral degree, and was a Visiting Scientist at the Center for Theoretical Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Later, he worked in the financial industry. With years of teaching experience in contest math, he focuses on teaching how to approach and think about problems rather than simply completing them.

Mr. Hua

​Ms. Maione holds B.A. and B.S. degrees in Spanish and Childhood Education, and a Master’s earned in the U.S. She studied abroad in Mexico and Chile, lived in Spain for several years, and has over 10 years of teaching experience. She currently teaches ENL in Long Island, New York, and tutors Spanish online.

Ms. Maione

Ms. Selke is a seasoned English teacher with over 20 years of experience, specializing in English and ESL for middle and high school students. Since 2001, she has supported international learners in developing strong speaking, reading, and writing skills. Known for setting high expectations, she fosters a positive, engaging classroom where students are encouraged to grow, achieve, and find joy in learning.

Ms. Selke

Ms. Chowdhury earned a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Literacy in 2013. She has taught third grade for seven years and previously taught fifth grade. She currently teaches third grade in Minnesota.

Ms. Chowdhury

Mr. Jacome has over 20 years of experience in K–12 education, with a focus on student-centered learning. He has taught ELA for over a decade and Science for more than 20 years, creating engaging curricula that spark curiosity and build essential skills. He holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and received the 2014 Governor’s Teacher of the Year Award. Outside the classroom, he is a dedicated soccer coach and community volunteer, committed to students’ holistic development.

Mr. Jacome

Mr. Osborn

Mr. Osborn, a father of two, is the founder of a private wealth firm with over 20 years in capital markets and private equity. His experience in clean energy M&A led him to focus on personalized financial planning. He guided his firm to become one of Connecticut’s first B Corp-certified advisors. A former Division I runner, he holds an MBA and advanced training from Yale.

As the co-founder and CEO of Manhattan ACE, Ms. Meggie leads a nonprofit dedicated to helping students excel in writing, critical thinking, and college admissions. Under her leadership, the organization's expert-led programs empower young minds to win writing competitions, place in the top 2.5% of math competitions, gain admission to top schools, and build lifelong communication skills.

Ms. Zhou

​Ms. Hauser fosters strong, supportive relationships with students, building their skills through encouragement and high expectations. With 16 years of experience teaching English and Journalism, she brings a passion for reading, writing, and vocabulary to her work. She has guided hundreds of students through college essays and applications, with all gaining admission to their chosen schools. Her students typically improve by 100 points on the PSAT/SAT Reading and Writing section and score 4 or higher on AP Lit and Lang exams.

Ms. Hauser

Ms. Lynch holds degrees in Communication and Education from Rider University and a Master’s from Rutgers University. A certified Reading Specialist, she has 10 years of teaching experience across grades 3–8, with a focus on Middle School ELA. She currently teaches 6th and 7th grade ELA and Literacy Support at a New Jersey middle school.

Ms. Lynch

Ms. Parsons

Ms. Parsons teaches intensive reading for students in 2nd grade through 3rd grade. She is currently teaching Grade 3 ELA as the lead teacher in a renowned public school in New Jersey. Ms. Parsons has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a K-5 teaching certification from Rutgers University. She also holds a Master's Degree as a Reading Specialist and a supervisor certification from Rutgers University. Ms. Parsons has been teaching ELA for K-5 students for over ten years.
